Shipping policy
Australia-Wide Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2–7 business days.
- All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post.
International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 2–3 weeks.
- All international orders are shipped with Australia Post.

Order Confirmation
- You will receive a confirmation email for every order. Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not see it.
- Once the order is placed, address information cannot be changed or edited.
- Orders are shipped within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
- We ship Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Tracking Information
- A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
- Charmie is not responsible for delays caused by the courier after the order has been shipped.
International Duties and Taxes
- Orders shipped internationally may be subject to duties, taxes, and customs fees, as determined by the destination country.
- These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
